OPEN LETTER to the Governing Body and the Community of Jehovah‘s Witnesses
2024-10-10 — PDF file at the bottom of this page
This important Open Letter follows the instructions of Yahusha (Jesus Christ) in Matthew 18:15-17:
"15 Moreover, if your brother commits a sin, go and reveal his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. [Step 1] 16 But if he does not listen, take along with you one or two more, so that on the testimony of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. [Step 2] 17 If he does not listen to them, speak to the congregation. [Step 3] If he does not listen even to the congregation, let him be to you just as a man of the nations and as a tax collector."
(Matthew 18:15-17)
What is the topic of this letter ?
Serious Sins Committed During the COVID-19 Pandemic
The author is a faithful and active brother in faith in South America. He documents in a very precise and understandable way how the brothers of the Governing Body have abandoned Christian neutrality in their Updates and instructions to the elders and have increasingly deviated from biblical principles. Why? What is behind this?
He demonstrates the immense damage this approach of the GB has caused among the “sheep”, both spiritually, psychosocially and health-wise, and even speaks of “blood guilt”. Since the thousands of personal letters from concerned brethren (Matthew 18 step 1), as well as the corresponding branch reports (Matthew 18 step 2), had no effect whatsoever, the author hereby addresses the "worldwide congregation" (Matthew 18 step 3). He requests that the facts be investigated by a judicial committee.
As we read the open letter, we clearly had the feeling that it is inspired by the Spirit of God. Our heavenly Father Yahuwah and His son Yahusha want His “people” to be clean and serious sins to be exposed and adjusted.
The open letter reflects the benevolent tone, but also the earnestness that resonates in Isaiah's inspired words:
"18 “Come, now, and let us set matters straight between us,” says Jehovah. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they will be made as white as snow; though they are as red as crimson cloth, theywill become like wool.
19 If you show willingness and listen, you will eat the good things of the land.
20 But if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword, for the mouth of Jehovah has spoken it.”
(Isaiah 1:18-20)
We recommend all Witnesses to read it carefully in order to realize that we have a community responsibility before YHWH God and Jesus. The letter is long, but very valuable. Please take your time; it is important.
“Jesus concluded, ‘He that has ears let him hear attentively!’
(Matthew 13:9)
